But my real story?

It didn't start in textbooks or in a therapy office. It started in the real world - with a teenage marriage, baby on the way and a life that looked picture perfect from the outside... but inside, I felt like I was living someone elses's life.

By 18 and a half, I was a wife and a mum. Four amazing children later, we looked like the perfect family. But inside we were housemates. partners in parenting, but intimacy was performative at best. I didn't know how to ask for what I needed. Honestly? I didn't even know what I needed.

Eventually, that silence ended a 17 year marriage.

In my 30's , I set out to find myself again. I explored, rebelled, swung too far the other way - blonde hair, blue eyes, no emotional strings. It was exciting..... until it wasn't. I realised I wasn't craving more SEX.....

I WAS CRAVING REAL CONNECTION

My second marriage brought me closer to my feminine energy — but again, intimacy didn’t feel quite right.

And when my husband passed away from alcoholism tied to PTSD, I hit pause.

No more performative pleasure. No more doing it because I was "supposed to."

I went inward.

I found myself.

And what I found?

Changed everything.

Before I Started My Private Practice...

I spent years managing Federal Government programs, helping unemployed clients—including those with mental health challenges, disabilities and Indigenous communities—find stable work, start businesses and rebuild their lives.

I've lived in Indigenous communities, which taught me that healing isn't one-size-fits-all.

Connection, support, dignity — they matter.

Today, I bring that same real-world, heart-first approach into the work I do with individuals and couples.

(But with a whole lot more sparkle.)

Now Days...

You’ll find me working 1:1 with clients, running spicy and empowering masterclasses, recording my podcast Get Sex'd, answering your letters on "Dear Miss M," creating real life daily tips and hints on TikTok and Instagram plus hosting Sunday Night Lives over on YouTube.

It’s not clinical. It’s not cold.

It’s real, it’s raw, it’s fun and it’s deeply transformational.

If you’re craving honest advice, real intimacy and a little bit of cheeky fun along the way you’re in the right place.

Here’s What I Believe:

Love is supposed to feel good, not confusing.

Connection is supposed to light you up, not shut you down.

Your body deserves to be loved, celebrated and enjoyed — by YOU, first and foremost.

Healing doesn’t mean fixing something broken — it means coming home to yourself.
