Meet Miss M - The Queen Of Sensuality
A Life Lived, Lessons Learned, and a Passion for Inspiring & Empowering Others.
I was born in the ‘70s—an era when pleasure was never spoken about, when women’s roles were far different than the life I would go on to create for myself. From a young age, I was bold, ambitious and unapologetically myself, yet the journey to fully embracing my sensuality and power was anything but linear.
By 18, I was a teenage bride and a young mother. By 40, I was a Nana. Along the way, I experienced the highs and lows of love, loss and self-discovery. I have been an escort, a massage therapist, a swinger, a businesswoman and an entrepreneur. I have known divorce and heartbreak and in 2014, I became a widow when my late husband—struggling with PTSD and alcoholism—passed away on Valentine’s Day. Four years later, my father passed, deepening my grief.
But perhaps one of my most defining realisations came early in life—I was adopted. That revelation created a deep disconnection from my body, an identity crisis that lingered for many years. Without even realising it, I was living in my masculine energy—always striving, achieving, leading. It was why my past relationships had failed. I didn’t know how to surrender, to soften, to truly receive.
Then came my reckoning. Around 40, I finally got my shit together. I calmed. I embraced my sensuality. I stopped seeking approval through sex and began to love every part of myself—fully, deeply, unapologetically.
But life has a way of testing us. In 2019, after my father’s passing, I fell into a deep depression. That same year, I survived a drugged sexual assault—a trauma that sent me spiraling into alcoholism and a sense of being utterly lost in the world. But even in the darkness, I found my way back. Stronger. Wiser. More determined than ever to empower you to live in deep connection - mind, body & soul.

A Legacy of Empowerment
In 2013, I founded Lover’s Delight, a sex-toy party business designed to help women speak openly about pleasure, body image and confidence. A year later, I took my message on the road with my Let’s Talk About Sex tour—bringing humour, honesty and real conversations about the joys and misfortunes of our bodies to women across regional Australia.
By 2011, I had already begun coaching couples on intimacy and guiding women to build confidence in and out of the bedroom. And in 2023, I decided to formally study Sex Therapy—not because I needed a textbook to validate my expertise, but because I wanted to tick the box. Truth be told, no certification could match the depth of wisdom I’ve gained through lived experience.
