SEX THERAPY
Miss M provides comprehensive support for men, women and couples, offering face-to-face consultations and online therapy. Specialising in sexual wellness and confidence, I help clients navigate concerns such as painful sexual experiences, low libido, erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation (PE), sexual confidence, sexual trauma, porn addiction, sexless relationships, and more. Using a holistic approach and in-depth assessments, my goal is to empower you with confidence and enhance your overall sexual well-being.
Appointments are available at my private home-based clinic in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast—just an hour from Brisbane and Gympie—or via Zoom and FaceTime for clients worldwide.
I know that discussing sexual wellness is deeply personal, which is why I offer a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space.
What Is a Psychosexual Therapist?
A Psychosexual Therapist—also known as a Sex Therapist—specialises in helping individuals and couples navigate challenges related to intimacy, desire and sexual well-being. Unlike traditional therapy, sex therapy focuses on the emotional, psychological and physical aspects of sexuality, addressing concerns such as low libido, sexual anxiety, past trauma, pain during sex, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and difficulties with arousal or orgasm.
Using a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I create a safe space where you can explore your concerns without shame or judgement. Whether you're struggling with confidence, navigating changes in your sex life, or looking to enhance intimacy in your relationship, psychosexual therapy provides practical tools and tailored strategies to help you overcome obstacles and reclaim your pleasure.
Sex is a natural, healthy part of life and everyone deserves to experience confidence and fulfilment in their intimate connections. No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to support you with knowledge, guidance and an open heart.
What Happens During Therapy?
Your first session is all about understanding you—your experiences, concerns and goals. During this foundational meeting, we’ll explore various aspects of your life, including your physical health, upbringing, personal beliefs about sexuality and past and current relationships. This helps me gain a full picture of your unique situation so we can tailor a path forward that best suits your needs.
I know that discussing intimate topics can feel daunting, especially when we’ve only just met, but honesty and openness are key to achieving real progress. Rest assured, every conversation takes place in a completely confidential, judgment-free space, where you can feel safe, supported and truly heard. My aim is to help you explore your sexual well-being with ease and confidence.
At the end of your initial appointment, I may provide tailored exercises or strategies to work on at home. These are designed to support your growth and deepen your self-awareness between sessions.
